As part of the University Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality recruiting services focused on attracting and hiring emerging technical talent across key engineering domains. The Role The role combines full-cycle technical recruiting with hands-on university engagement, including on-campus events, relationship-building, and talent attraction strategies. You will partner closely with engineering and technology teams to deliver strong hiring outcomes, while also collaborating with universities and student communities to build awareness and interest in Fidelity’s opportunities. This position requires an understanding of core engineering fundamentals to effectively align recruiting strategies and identify candidates with strong problem-solving, coding, and foundational technical skills. Beyond execution, the role serves as a trusted advisor—driving continuous improvement and excellence in technical university hiring.
