The University Programs Business Process Coordinator within Institutional Partnerships supports the development of strategic partnerships with academia to build the STEM workforce. We invite you to apply for the University Programs Business Process Coordinator position. In this position, you will be responsible for facilitating the daily workflow and associated data collection for our University Student and Joint Appointment (Faculty) Programs which are comprised of approximately 2000 participants annually. With this opportunity, you will be a key contributor in the effort to take our business processes to the next level using AI and help to launch a suite of data visualizations to highlight our program success stories. This is a temporary position through the end of the 2026 calendar year with potential for extension based on funding. The position is hybrid and an on-site presence is required 2-3 days per week.
