About The Position

This 12-month co-op position is for a University Student in the Fall 2026 term, focusing on Work Program Management. The role is temporary and based in Toronto. The student will be part of a group responsible for initiating, planning, reporting, monitoring, and closing work programs/projects. They will also prepare data reconciliation, support and update data in tracking & financial systems, participate in portfolio review meetings, and support resource managers in capacity planning and allocation. Additionally, the student will provide technical support for the engineering resource management tool, compile progress reports, analyze key performance indicators, and produce management reports.

Requirements

  • 3rd year Business/Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Programming stream
  • Academic Level: 3rd year Business/Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Programming stream
  • Ontario Driver’s license
  • Must be enrolled in post-secondary level studies and returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work term (exceptions for graduation requirements).
  • International students must have a proper work permit and a Social Insurance Number (SIN).

Responsibilities

  • Initiating, planning, reporting, monitoring and closing of work programs / projects.
  • Prepare data reconciliation, support, and updating data in tracking & financial systems.
  • Participate in portfolio review meetings with team.
  • Support resource managers in capacity planning, resource allocation and capacity analysis via dashboards.
  • Provide technical support for the engineering resource management tool.
  • Compile reports related to project progress and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Produce management reports as required.
