About The Position
This is a temporary role for a University Center Laborer. The position involves moving and setting up equipment such as tables, chairs, and other items in meeting rooms and common areas according to schedules and instructions. Additionally, the role includes cleaning and maintaining the University Center building, its furniture, equipment, and the surrounding area. The position requires 40 hours a week, with variable hours on Saturdays and Sundays.
Requirements
- Extreme attention to details.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Valid U.S. work authorization at the time of application.
Responsibilities
- Move and/or set up tables, chairs, and other equipment in meeting rooms and common areas according to established schedules and written and verbal instructions from the University Center Event Planning Office.
- Clean and maintain the University Center building, furniture, equipment and surrounding area.
