The Universal Banker position is a part-time role requiring 20 hours per week. The primary responsibilities include completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, providing superior customer service, and identifying client financial needs. This role also involves supporting sales activities, particularly with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The Universal Banker will educate clients on digital banking solutions, participate in team sales processes, and understand the importance of IRM to deliver Truist expertise. They will also participate in leadership routines, commit to continuous learning of products and services, adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, and serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
