The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, while providing superior customer service. This role involves identifying client financial needs, supporting sales and service activities, and assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The position requires educating clients on digital banking solutions and adhering to operational procedures and risk management policies. The Universal Banker also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
