As a Universal Banker, you’ll be the ultimate customer experience champion combining your teller skills, financial know-how, and sales savvy to help our clients thrive. From opening accounts and answering questions to uncovering solutions that help people meet their financial goals YOU are the go-to guide in their banking journey. Whether you're just starting out or already a banking superstar, we have a spot for you on our dynamic team (Universal Banker I, II, or III).

Requirements

6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality (Universal Banker I)
1+ year in banking OR 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling (Universal Banker II)
3+ years of banking experience (Universal Banker III)
Leadership and mentoring experience preferred (Universal Banker III)
Able to run the branch in a pinch! (Universal Banker III)
Stellar communication and people skills
Detail-driven and highly organized
Great under pressure and loves a good challenge
Tech-savvy with MS Office and banking software
Team player, self-starter, and fast learner

Nice To Haves

Degree in a related field can replace experience (Universal Banker II)
