The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) focused on providing excellent client service and efficient transaction completion. This role involves handling various client transactions, identifying financial needs, and supporting sales activities. The Universal Banker will also educate clients on digital banking solutions and participate in outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. A key aspect of the role is to deliver a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating conversations, and uncovering their needs. The position also requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, as well as continuous learning to enhance product and service knowledge.
