The Universal Banker position is a regular, full-time role on the 1st shift, requiring English fluency. This role involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of monies. A key aspect of the position is delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs. The Universal Banker will also be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a focus on assisting with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The position requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and staying informed of all policy and procedure changes to ensure compliance with current guidelines. The Universal Banker will serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects, and handling a proportionate volume of work based on branch demands.
