The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) responsible for completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, while providing superior customer service. This role involves identifying and understanding client financial needs, and cross-training to support sales and service activities, with a focus on outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). The position requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, as well as continuous learning of products and services to better serve clients.
