The Universal Banker position is a part-time role (20 hours per week) at the Seminole Trail branch. This role involves completing client transactions efficiently and accurately, providing superior customer service, and identifying client financial needs. The Universal Banker will also be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The position requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, as well as continuous learning to enhance product and service knowledge. The Universal Banker will also serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
