The Universal Banker position is a regular, part-time role requiring 20 hours per week. This role involves cross-training to assist with outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. The position requires educating clients on digital banking solutions, participating in team sales processes through outbound calls, understanding IRM to deliver Truist expertise, and adhering to established leadership routines. Continuous learning of products and services is essential, as is strict adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. The Universal Banker also serves as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering relevant products and services.
