Float Universal Bankers will be required to travel to multiple branches as assigned by the Area Leader and/or Branch Leader. This role involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies. The position requires delivering superior quality service, identifying and understanding client financial needs, and being cross-trained to support sales and service activities as needed. Specific activities may change from time to time. The role includes engaging clients, conducting complex and standardized transactions, educating clients on digital solutions, supporting the team with client servicing calls and offers, participating in leadership routines, advancing knowledge through training, adhering to internal controls and policies, and serving as a point of contact for account maintenance and problem resolution. Float Universal Bankers will be assigned to a home branch but will be scheduled to support multiple branches within their designated coverage area, with schedules provided in advance but subject to change based on staffing needs. Float teammates will receive direction from the Branch Leader of the location they are working in.
