Float Universal Bankers will be required to travel to multiple branches as assigned by the Area Leader and/or Branch Leader. The role involves providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. The Universal Banker is expected to deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs, and is cross-trained to support sales and service activities as needed. This position involves providing a distinctive client experience, educating clients on digital self-service solutions, supporting the team with client servicing calls and referrals, participating in leadership routines, and committing to continuous learning to better serve clients. The role also requires adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and serving as a point of contact for account maintenance and problem resolution. Float Universal Bankers are assigned to a home branch but will be scheduled to support multiple branches within their designated coverage Area, with schedules provided in advance but subject to change based on staffing needs. Direction will be received from the Branch Leader of the location they are working in.
