Float Universal Bankers are required to travel to multiple branches as assigned by the Area Leader and/or Branch Leader. They are responsible for providing timely and efficient completion of client transactions, maintaining accurate records, and properly handling all monies. The role involves delivering superior quality service by identifying and understanding client financial needs and is cross-trained to support sales and service activities. This position focuses on ensuring a consistent service level, engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversation, and conducting both complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs. They educate clients on digital and self-service solutions, support the team through client servicing calls, presenting offers, and identifying opportunities for referrals. Float Universal Bankers participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines, commit to advancing knowledge through training, and adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. They serve as a point of contact for account maintenance, problem resolution, and identifying solutions, referring clients to appropriate teammates. While assigned to a home branch, they will be scheduled to support multiple branches within their designated coverage Area, with schedules provided in advance but subject to change based on staffing needs. They receive direction from the Branch Leader of the location they are working in.
