About The Position

The Unit Processor is responsible for meeting the store’s production goals. The role includes pre-sorting, quality sorting, hanging, and tagging products for the sales floor. The processor also receives donations and incoming merchandise, keeps the store clean and orderly, follows safety, security, and company procedures, and completes required paperwork.

Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-screenings, such as background or drug screenings.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Receive product donations from donors.
• Determine which items are usable and saleable according to the guidelines for acceptable donations.
• Meet production targets within specified time periods.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash cans, and keeping hangers and racks orderly.
• Follow required safety and security procedures.
• Comply with company and store policies and procedures, including opening and closing tasks, pricing, markdowns, and timely, accurate completion of required paperwork.
• Receive and verify merchandise arriving at the location from the warehouse and vendors.
• Participate in required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
