About The Position

The Unit Processor is responsible for meeting the store’s production goals. The role includes pre-sorting, quality sorting, hanging, and tagging products for the sales floor. The processor receives and evaluates donations, handles incoming merchandise, maintains store cleanliness, follows safety, security, and company procedures, and participates in required training.

Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Receive product donations from donors.
• Determine which items are usable and saleable according to acceptable-donation guidelines.
• Meet production targets within the specified time period.
• Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, dusting, emptying trash cans, and keeping hangers and racks orderly.
• Follow required safety and security procedures.
• Comply with company and store policies and procedures, including opening and closing tasks, pricing, markdowns, and completing required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Receive and verify merchandise arriving at the location from the warehouse and vendors.
• Participate in training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
