About The Position
Fountain Circle Care & Rehab Center is a 179-bed nursing and rehabilitation center offering short-term rehabilitative care and long-term care. Signature HealthCARE provides integrated healthcare services across multiple states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services. The Unit Manager (LPN) supervises care delivery to a group of residents in a nursing unit. The role ensures residents’ needs are met and supervises and supports Certified Nurse Assistants and other staff in delivering nursing care.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse with a current state license.
- One to three years of related experience.
- Current, active CPR certification.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
- Ensure residents’ needs are being met.
- Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants and other staff in the delivery of nursing care.
