Elderwood is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead one of their nursing units within their skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a nurse who is confident in long-term care, comfortable leading teams with varying levels of experience, and committed to building consistency, accountability, and quality on the unit. This role is for a steady, experienced RN who knows how to lead CNAs, support newer staff, and drive clinical standards. The Unit Manager will help stabilize and strengthen the unit team, improve clinical consistency and resident outcomes, and be a key partner in shaping the culture and performance of the facility. This is not a maintenance role; the Unit Manager will lead, mentor, and make a meaningful impact.
