About The Position
Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our skilled nursing team full-time. As a Unit Manager, you will play a key leadership role on your unit-overseeing clinical care, supporting staff, and ensuring our residents receive consistent, high-quality care. This is a hands-on position ideal for a nurse who values both leadership and patient connection.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- A team-oriented, resident-focused approach to care
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete RN/LPN assessments and clinical documentation
- Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on your unit
- Investigate resident incidents/accidents and update care plans accordingly
- Conduct wound rounds and provide wound care treatments
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes
