About The Position
Our skilled nursing facility is hiring a full-time Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead an assigned unit and oversee daily clinical operations.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Prior supervisory experience
- SNF / long-term care experience required
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and patient care on the unit
- Ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance
- Complete chart audits and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in assessments, care planning, and discharges
- Support staff performance and day-to-day operations
