About The Position

The Underwriting Systems Analyst-E&S is responsible for providing technical customer service support to FCCI’s Underwriting user community. This role provides a key value by helping troubleshoot a variety of common and sometimes complex system problems in order to resolve quoting and policy issuance system Decisions issues promptly. Systems utilized include Duck Creek for Specialty/E&S lines of business. In addition, this role provides valuable system training resources to ensure the UW technology is being fully and efficiently utilized. As a subject matter expert, this team member partners with key stakeholders in the development and prioritization of new functionality and/or testing for system fixes and enhancements that enable a better experience, and greater efficiency for the user community. This role is hybrid at any of our FCCI offices (Sarasota or Lake Mary, FL; Lawrenceville, GA; Glen Allen, VA; Carmel, IN; Richardson, TX, Ridgeland, MS.)

Requirements

Technical customer service support experience.
Experience troubleshooting system problems.
Experience with quoting and policy issuance systems.
Experience with Duck Creek for Specialty/E&S lines of business.
Subject matter expertise in underwriting technology.
Ability to partner with key stakeholders.
Experience in development and prioritization of new functionality and/or testing for system fixes and enhancements.
