Requirements

• At least 3 years of P&C insurance experience, preferably underwriting in the high net worth space.
• Comfortable owning a book of business.
• Direct, empathetic communication is a staple in every aspect of your day, and you thrive on building connections with people.
• Know how to gather and analyze all the data you’ll need to make a decision on a risk.
• Work with pride and determination.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing your book of business, tracking performance, and analyzing market conditions and competition.
• Building and managing broker relationships, developing goals and strategies, and collaborating to craft tailored solutions for members.
• Oversee new and renewal underwriting, select risks per company guidelines, and ensure timely follow-up and closing of accounts.
• Manage the higher complexity endorsements and review inspections.
• Protecting our membership when quoting and binding new business and renewals.
• Work closely with our Territory Managers to develop meaningful broker relationships through virtual and in-person meetings.
