Requirements
- The ability to analyze financial statements.

- 3+ yrs in underwriting experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Focus on underwriting new and renewal business to help drive the profitable growth of our Power and Utility segment.
- Assess the desirability of risk through regular contact with brokers, close co-ordination with AIG subject matter experts and robust reviews of claims history and general company information.
- Provide excellent service to brokers through a consistent, timely, and proactive approach to underwriting.
- Generate new business by expanding your broker network, attending broker events, and building new relationships across the market – in line with a sales plan established with your manager.
- Provide accurate monthly management information including submissions, bind rate, average premium, and total premium.
