About The Position

Nevada Gold Mines is hiring an Underground Trainee (Tech 2 or higher) for its Underground Operations team at Leeville. The role supports site production goals by safely operating hand, powered, and mobile equipment. It requires compliance with company policies and state and federal health and safety regulations, teamwork, sound work practices, and pre-operational equipment inspections. Candidates must demonstrate at least 8 of the 11 listed skills; haul truck operation and utilities are mandatory. The role requires working a rotating schedule of days and nights.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in at least 8 of the 11 listed skills; haul truck operation and utilities are mandatory.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and perform pre-operational inspections.
• Compliance with Loss Control (HSLP), Environmental, company, and applicable state and federal health and safety requirements.
• Teamwork and sound work practices.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule of days and nights.

Responsibilities
