About The Position
Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Underground Maintenance Front Line Supervisor for its Leeville operation. As part of the Underground Maintenance team, the successful candidate will supervise the underground maintenance workforce. The role involves carrying out repairs and maintenance plans in a safe and productive work environment, administering company policies and procedures, and supporting operational objectives by minimizing risks and maximizing value, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost management. Requirements
- Two years of underground mobile maintenance experience required.
- A proven safe work record required.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Proven attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and office management skills required.
Nice To Haves
- Five years of underground mining experience preferred.
- Three years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong computer skills preferred.
