About The Position

This work study opportunity is for currently enrolled University of Minnesota–Rochester students who have been granted and accepted a $2,700 academic-year work study award. Work study employees represent Mayo Clinic and work cooperatively with Mayo Clinic staff, external clients, students, and advisors. The employee and assigned supervisor collaboratively arrange the work schedule in accordance with the financial aid award and the stated minimum-hours requirements. Employees must report changes to their financial aid award to both their assigned supervisor and the work study office. Selected employees are required to work a minimum of 8–10 hours per week. Applicants must verify their award with the UMR Employment Office and include a Community Service Program Work Study Referral form with their application.
