Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree with 3-5 years relevant work experience, preferably in student services management or career management. Knowledge of the basic principles and theories of student development and educational administration is desired. A collaborative management style and excellent organizational skills are essential as is a background in teaching/presenting and/or counseling. Work Schedule Standard working schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
