Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field.
Valid Driver's License.
Defensive Driving Class within 3 months of hire

Responsibilities

Staff provides counseling, career assessment, career development, job coaching, and job development to individuals with psychiatric disabilities.
Staff provides information on post-secondary educational opportunities, financial aid, and accommodations.
Delivers educational support services to individuals with psychiatric disabilities, family members, colleges, and providers.
Staff performs job development, job matching, coaching, and retention activities under the supervision of supervisory staff.
Staff utilizes tools such as motivational interviewing, readiness assessment and development, IMR, WRAP, and CBT to result in better educational and employment outcomes.
Staff will employ the Choose-Get-Keep-and Leave approach to services.
