About The Position

This role involves empowering individuals to overcome barriers and build meaningful careers through personalized coaching, career planning, and hands-on training. You will connect participants to vital resources such as housing, childcare, and mental health services to ensure their long-term success. Additionally, you will provide job readiness support, including resume building, application assistance, and mock interviews, and actively match participants with employment opportunities. The role also includes conducting orientations, training sessions, and graduation events, as well as supervising participants during on-site learning experiences. You will also serve as a liaison between participants and employers, ensuring satisfaction and access to upskilling opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1–3 years working with underserved communities.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in case management, classroom facilitation, or supervision.
Valid NYS Driver’s License and comfort driving a company vehicle.
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
