About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 2nd & 3rd Shift Unarmed Security Supervisor to join our team in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing security operations during the assigned shifts, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, and leading a team of security officers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Security Supervisor.
• Valid PERC Card.
• Valid 20-hour security training record.
• Must be capable of standing and walking throughout the entire shift.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong observation and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security personnel during 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Maintain a visible presence by standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or incidents promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.
• Provide strong leadership and communication to the security team.
• Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the premises.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports as required.
