About The Position
Marksman Security is seeking NC Licensed UnArmed Security Officers to join their growing team in Kannapolis, North Carolina. This position is located approximately 15-18 miles north of Charlotte and will be working at a Food Distribution Warehouse. The role involves patrols, checkpoints, temperature checks, CCTV monitoring, and gatehouse duties. Requirements
- Valid NC Security License
- Valid NC Driver’s License
- Minimum of one year of security experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge and greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
- Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
- Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or possession of prohibited items
- Other duties to be determined by operations
