We are seeking individuals with strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, observant, and capable of interacting professionally with staff, visitors, patients, and the public.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Virginia DCJS Unarmed Security License
• DCJS certification is required before employment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Must be able to pass a background screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous security, military, law enforcement, or medical facility experience preferred but not required
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned properties and surrounding areas
• Conduct routine foot patrols
• Maintain a visible security presence
• Observe and report suspicious activity
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Assist with access control and visitor management
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and disturbances
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
