About The Position

St. Moritz Security Services is hiring dependable, professional Unarmed Security Officers to help keep client sites safe and secure in Lima, Ohio. The position offers full-time and part-time opportunities on third shift and flexible schedules, at $16.50 per hour. Officers provide access control, patrols, monitoring, reporting, and professional customer service. The role may involve working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing and walking for extended periods, and working weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain an Ohio Guard Card.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Comfort working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability for third shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous security experience, especially in access control or patrol.

Responsibilities

• Control access by verifying identification and credentials.
• Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols.
• Monitor for and report suspicious activity.
• Complete daily logs and incident reports.
