About The Position
Gamma Team Security urgently is seeking a professional Security Guard to join our team. This role involves patrolling premises, monitoring entrances and exits, crowd control, and providing general security during events. The position offers day shifts and requires responding to suspicious activity and reporting on daily activities and security incidents.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position
- High school diploma/GED
- Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
- Excellent written communication skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Indiana State Police Background Check/Fingerprints
- Driver's License and Personal Vehicle
Responsibilities
- Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility
- Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility
- Crowd control
- General security during the event
- Respond to reports of suspicious activity
- Report on daily activities and any security incidents
