About The Position

We are seeking an Unarmed Officer to work Monday through Thursday from 10 pm to 8 am. The pay is $15.00 per hour. This position requires the officer to have a vehicle and be able to self-manage. Excellent communication and report writing skills are essential, along with the ability to stand, stoop, and bend for long periods in all weather conditions. The role involves using motor vehicles and foot patrols to monitor client property, prevent theft, trespassing, and safety hazards, maintain visibility, provide customer service, control access, and report incidents promptly. Accurate daily activity reports must be completed using company software, and all site-specific protocols and company policies must be followed.

Requirements

• Must have a vehicle
• Be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the State
• Be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
• Must provide a background check upon hire
• Must submit to pre-job and random drug testing
• Must be able to self-manage
• Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Must have excellent report writing skills
• Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
• Must be able to stand, stoop, and bend for long periods of time
• Work in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Use motor vehicles and foot patrols to monitor client property
• Monitor and patrol assigned property to prevent theft, trespassing, and safety hazards
• Maintain clear visibility and provide a professional customer-service presence
• Control access to buildings or areas as required by the site
• Report incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly
• Complete accurate daily activity reports using company software
• Follow all site-specific protocols and RCSI policies
