Requirements

Smart phone to access the apps we use for scheduling, clocking in/out, and reporting.
Reliable transportation
Honesty and Integrity
Able to work non-traditional hours including swings, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to obtain a Washington State Unarmed Security Guard License
Ability to react appropriately in high stress situations
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

EMT background a plus
Reserve police officers encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of security protocols and equipment
Security, Military, Law Enforcement: 5 years (Preferred)
Security Guard License (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Act as a visual deterrent to prevent theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents
Conduct regular patrols
Monitor activities
Surveillance
Access Control
Safety escorts
Using provided communication devices
Represent SSNW’s brand
Properly wear the issued uniform
Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR)
Complete Incident Reports
Work with local law enforcement, and emergency services
Provide friendly assistance to customers, employees and visitors following the department's procedures.
