About The Position

Middle Park Health (MPH) is a successful rural health system located in the high Rockies just 90 minutes west of Denver, CO via I-70, with seven locations in beautiful Grand and Jackson counties where we have an abundance of year-round outdoor recreational activities. As a Level 4 Trauma hospital, MPH provides a range of services, including Emergency and Surgical Services, Rural Health Clinics, Rehabilitation Services Clinics, a Wellness Center, and an Assisted Living Facility. We are seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to work in our Granby, CO Diagnostic Imaging department.

Requirements

Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, ARRT and/or CRT certification.
ARDMS Cert required.
Knowledge of computer applications and general clerical functions
Maintain current BLS certification

Nice To Haves

Two years specific experience and training in Ultrasound preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for the diagnosis of disease and study of the malfunction of organs.
Participates in maintaining positive department patient flow.
Able to adjust schedule as patient flow and activity occur.
Available for on-call responsibility.
