Radiology / Cardiology - Ultrasound Tech Maternal Fetal
About The Position
This position involves performing perinatal scanning for high-risk pregnancies, requiring expertise in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) scanning. The role includes performing Level 2 detailed anatomies, early anatomies, growth scans, Biophysical Profile (BPP) assessments, doppler studies, Nuchal Translucency (NT) scans, transvaginal (TV) scans, and fetal echocardiograms. Patients may have diagnoses such as chronic hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), growth restriction, and abnormalities. The technologist will be responsible for all Level 2 detailed anatomy scans.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Experience as a traveler in a clinic setting.
- High Risk OB scanning skills.
- Obstetrics scanning skills.
- GE General Ultrasound equipment experience.
- Abdominal Aorta & Appendix scanning skills.
- OB/GYN scanning skills including 1st-3rd Trimester, Amniotic fluid index, Fetal Anatomical Survey & Placenta Previa.
- Neonatal Head & Heart scanning skills.
- Outpatient scanning skills.
- MCA & UA Dopplers experience.
- Viewpoint & Fetal Echo experience.
- ARDMS OB/GYN certification.
- BLS certification.
