This position involves performing perinatal scanning for high-risk pregnancies, requiring expertise in Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) scanning. The role includes performing Level 2 detailed anatomies, early anatomies, growth scans, Biophysical Profile (BPP) assessments, doppler studies, Nuchal Translucency (NT) scans, transvaginal (TV) scans, and fetal echocardiograms. Patients may have diagnoses such as chronic hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM), growth restriction, and abnormalities. The technologist will be responsible for all Level 2 detailed anatomy scans.
