Radiology / Cardiology - Ultrasound Tech Maternal Fetal
About The Position
This is a 13-week contract position for a Maternal Fetal Ultrasound Tech. The role includes 2-4 weeks of unit orientation. The shift is 4x10s, Monday-Friday, with a potential for a weekday off change based on unit staffing needs. There are no floating, weekend, or holiday requirements. No on-call is required. Candidates must have BLS and ARDMS OB/GYN certifications. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required, and first-time travelers are not accepted. The role requires Maternal Fetal and OB experience, as well as High Risk experience. For auto-offers, the manager will interview all candidates. Perm candidates from other providence facilities (non-Swedish) are eligible for a travel contract if separated for at least 3 months. All Swedish facilities accept active compact licenses. Locals within a 50-mile radius are not eligible.
Requirements
- 1 Year of experience as an Ultrasound Tech.
- Maternal Fetal and OB Experience.
- High Risk Experience.
- BLS certification.
- ARDMS OB/GYN certification.
- Does not accept 1st time travelers.
- Locals within 50 mile radius are not eligible.
Nice To Haves
- Perm candidates of any OTHER providence facility (NON SWEDISH) are eligible for a travel contract if they have been separated for at least 3 months.
- All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.
Responsibilities
- Perform Maternal Fetal Ultrasound examinations.
- Provide care in high-risk pregnancy situations.
- Float within the unit as needed based on staffing.
