About The Position

Under the direction of the site designate leader and according to established policies and procedures, this role performs accurate and efficient Ultrasound exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment. The Ultrasonographer uses independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to provide the best possible images for interpretation, demonstrating strong clinical skills. Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• Graduate of a Diagnostic Ultrasound program or equivalent.
• Registered by the American Registry Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registry eligible.
• If unregistered, must obtain at least one (ABD or OB/GYN) registry within 1 year from hire.
• If registered at hire, an additional registry must be obtained within 1 year from hire.
• CRT-Vascular Tech-ARDMS-within 1 year from hire for Vascular Department.
• Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers at hire through the American Heart Association.
• Compliance with MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Influenza vaccine requirements if in an on-site or hybrid workplace category.

Nice To Haves

• Paid at the trainee rate for up to 1 year if unregistered.
• Additional registry within two years from date of hire.
