About The Position

The UJTL Analyst reports to the JEDD Program Manager and receives work direction derivatives from the Senior UJTL Analyst. This role involves managing the training lifecycle, developing and maintaining specialized user training for Command, Control, Military, and Civilian (CCMD) and Joint Task Force (JTF) Headquarters staff, and ensuring proficiency in joint operating procedures. The analyst will identify organizational gaps and lead the creation of formal processes to streamline efficiency. Responsibilities also include preparing and managing complex staffing packages, navigating the Joint Staff structure for timely approvals and cross-agency alignment, planning and leading professional working groups, performing rigorous analysis of training effectiveness and operational workflows, and serving as a liaison between the Joint Staff, CCMDs, Services, and DoD Agencies to maintain unity of effort.

Requirements

  • High School degree with at least 5 years warfighting operational experience.
  • At least 2 years’ demonstrated experience in six (6) or more of the following: Experience developing, maintaining, performing, coordinating and/or delivering user training to CCMD and Joint Task Force Headquarters staffs.
  • Knowledge of JMETL, UJTL, and Master Training Plan (MTP).
  • Knowledge of Joint Doctrine process.
  • Experience with analytical analysis.
  • Experience in the development of processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Joint Staff Structure, mission, programs, and organizational relationships.
  • Knowledge of Joint Staff relationships with CCMDs, Services, and DoD Agencies.
  • Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Experience in the preparation and conduct of working groups.
  • Strong understanding of modern English grammar usage.
  • Knowledge of development of staffing packages.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Able to design, prepare, and present clear training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills are required, and proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft products is preferred.
  • Qualification as an authorized company driver is required.
  • All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company’s auto insurance provider.
  • A TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.
