About The Position

The Senior UJTL Analyst reports to and receives work direction derivatives from the JEDD Program Manager. This role involves developing, maintaining, and delivering specialized user training for Command, Control, Military, and Civilian (CCMD) and Joint Task Force (JTF) Headquarters staff, ensuring proficiency in joint operating procedures. The analyst will also identify organizational gaps and lead the creation of formal processes to streamline efficiency, prepare and manage complex staffing packages within the Joint Staff structure, and plan, facilitate, and lead professional working groups. A key aspect of the role is performing rigorous analysis of training effectiveness and operational workflows to provide data-driven improvement recommendations, and serving as a liaison between the Joint Staff, CCMDs, Services, and DoD Agencies to maintain unity of effort.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience OR High School Degree with at least 7 years warfighting operational experience.
  • Demonstrated success in seven (7) or more of the following areas: Experience with JMETL, UJTL, and Master Training Plan (MTP).
  • Knowledge of Joint Doctrine Process.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, performing, coordinating and/or delivering use training to CCMD and Joint Task Force Headquarters staffs.
  • Experience in analytical analysis.
  • Experience providing strategies and recommending solutions for risk mitigation.
  • Experience in the development of processes and procedures.
  • Experience with the Joint Staff Structure, mission, programs, and organizational relationships.
  • Experience with Joint Staff relationships with CCMDs, Services, and DoD Agencies.
  • Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Experience in the preparation and conduct of working groups.
  • Strong understanding of modern English grammar usage.
  • Experience developing staffing packages.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Able to design, prepare, and present clear training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills are required, and proficiency with the full suite of Microsoft products is preferred.
  • Qualification as an authorized company driver is required. All authorized company drivers must have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and a driving record that is acceptable to the company’s auto insurance provider.
  • A TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.
