About The Position

Paragon 28 (Zimmer Biomet) is seeking a creative, user-focused UI/UX Designer to support software solutions and platforms that improve user experience, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. The role collaborates across product development, marketing, and software engineering to create consistent, intuitive digital experiences at the intersection of healthcare and technology.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in a UI/UX or digital product design role.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital product or web/mobile UI/UX projects.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries.
Understanding of responsive design, WCAG accessibility standards, and FDA-regulated environments.
Knowledge of user research and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize digital interfaces for software products.
Translate complex user needs and clinical workflows into intuitive design solutions.
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with software developers and product teams to implement user-centered designs.
Maintain visual consistency across platforms in accordance with Paragon 28 brand standards.
Monitor performance and usability feedback after launch and iterate on designs accordingly.
Contribute to the evolution of the design system and digital brand guidelines.
