UI/UX Solutions Developer
About The Position
Peraton is hiring a UI/UX Solutions Developer to develop enterprise-level UI/UX solutions within its Cyber & Intelligence sector. The position is based at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois, with some remote work possible; the employee must be local and able to work on-site as needed. The role focuses on designing and developing intuitive interfaces, dashboards, maps, and visualizations that help users consume information and make decisions. The developer will collaborate with data scientists and end users to refine usability and workflows, connect customer challenges with UI/UX solutions, and continuously improve the accuracy, speed, and efficacy of existing tools. The position also supports USTRANSCOM by building professional relationships and contributing creatively and collaboratively to the team.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with a BS/BA degree, or a high school education and 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Experience with development and implementation of enterprise-level UI/UX solutions.
- Creative thinking and a mission-minded focus.

- Ability to persist in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship.
- Ability to obtain a DoW Secret security clearance.

- Experience with Palantir Foundry.
- Experience with Python and PySpark.
- Active DoW Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces to optimize the overall user experience.
- Create actionable, user-friendly dashboards, maps, and visualizations that help users consume information and make decisions.
- Work with data scientists and end users to refine usability and interface workflows.
- Connect customers and their challenges with UI/UX solutions.
- Continuously improve the accuracy, speed, and efficacy of existing tools.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships to support USTRANSCOM.
- Share ideas, challenge the state of the art, and collaborate with and support teammates.
