About The Position

Fusion Technology is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join their team. This role is crucial for creating seamless user experiences and driving product innovation within mission-critical US Government programs and the Intel Community. The designer will be responsible for developing and communicating a clear design strategy, identifying opportunities for user experience improvement, and defining the design roadmap. This position is located in Washington, DC and requires an active DOD Secret Clearance.

Requirements

Active DOD Secret Clearance
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of related experience in UI/UX and Agile
Five (5) or more years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including program, project, product management, engineering, and customers to create seamless user experiences and product innovation.
Five (5) or more years of experience developing and communicating a clear design strategy ensuring that the user interfaces are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
Five (5) years of experience identifying opportunities for improving user experience and defining the design roadmap.
Five (5) or more years of experience in data visualization, creating wireframes, user flows, rapid prototyping, and conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Responsibilities
