Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in UI, UX, product, or visual design preferred. All levels welcome – from mid-level to staff, principal, and lead designers.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving, and shipped work. Required for all applicants.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, Principle, or InVision.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred – or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication, empathy, collaboration, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences grounded in user needs and business goals.
• Conduct or synthesize user research, interviews, and usability tests to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas.
• Craft polished, on-brand interfaces with strong attention to typography, color, spacing, and hierarchy.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Incorporate feedback from users, analytics, and stakeholders to continuously improve designs.
• Stay current with design tools, trends, and best practices in UX and UI.
