About The Position
Ribbon Communications is seeking a UI Engineer to join their Advanced Technology development team. This role will focus on designing and developing features for a next-generation application user interface, utilizing contemporary data visualization and UI frameworks. The position involves working with Big Data and Analytics technologies, including Kubernetes/Docker, Hadoop, and Angular, within a virtualized, micro-services application architecture. The ideal candidate is self-driven, has a strong work ethic, a career interest in software development, and is excited about new technologies in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves
- Experience in or interest and aptitude toward contemporary user interface design
- Some level of experience with Modern Client MVC/MVP frameworks such as Angular, jQuery, Backbone, Node, Bootstrap, or React
- Some level of experience with HTML5 / CSS3 / SASS
- Some level of experience with REST
Responsibilities
- Prototype/Design and deliver new UI feature content from the ground up or by leveraging appropriate industry standard technologies
