Manufacturing Co-Op

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA•Springville, UT

About The Position

Nestlé USA’s Manufacturing Co-op program is a development experience for undergraduate students, providing real-world experience while they pursue their degree and deepen their understanding of manufacturing. The program consists of 3-to-6-month rotational experiences in a factory environment, building knowledge and capability across Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Manufacturing Excellence, Safety, Health and Environment, Quality, and Supply Chain. Co-ops gain exposure to collaborating departments and undertake assignments within their area of expertise. Co-ops learn and deliver results through projects, systems, and collaboration with colleagues. Assignments offer opportunities to demonstrate initiative, work cross-functionally, and recommend actions focused on cost savings or operational efficiencies. Each Co-op is expected to complete a value-added project during the program timeframe. The role is intended for current undergraduate students and includes factory-based experiences, potentially on different shifts and in varied ambient conditions.
