About The Position
Under the direction of the UAT Team Lead, the UAT Testing Analyst executes comprehensive functional and regression test plans in support of global system changes. The role supports testing for projects and required changes that impact systems from start to finish. The associate can work remotely anywhere in the United States.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of FACETS systems experience or systems testing in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
Responsibilities
- Represent UAT in meetings with stakeholders as required.
- Manage multiple cases and projects for multiple lines of business.
- Meet established service-level agreement (SLA) productivity and quality standards, and complete required reports.
- Assist in developing business requirements.
- Analyze requirements to determine testing scope.
- Develop extensive testing scenarios through comprehensive analysis of components affecting claims payment, including providers, agreements, and members.
- Create test approach documentation, including scripts.
- Execute test cases and thoroughly analyze results to validate system modifications.
- Identify, document, and track defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve problems and recommend solutions when needed.
